授業概略と目標
[Course description and Objects]
1. 自己の英語運用能力を確認し、スピーキング演習とライティング演習を通して、自己表現へと応用するための基礎力を養う。This course focuses on confirming your competence in previously learned English, and on developing basic skills for expressing yourself through speaking and writing exercises.
2. 効果的な英語学習ストラテジーについても折にふれ紹介してゆく。Effective learning strategies will be introduced when appropriate.
*1週間に60分以上の授業外学習を行う。Students need to spend more than 60 minutes in a week outside of class on studying English.
到達目標
[Learning Goal]
1. 自分自身の意見を英語で話せ、書ける。Students can achieve basic skills of speaking and writing for expressing yourself.
2. 正確に英語の音を発音し、英語のアクセント、イントネーション、音の連結になれる。
Students can pronounce English sounds accurately and get used to speaking with appropriate accents, intonations, and liaisons.
3. 情報提供型のプレゼンテーションができる。Students can give a basic informative presentation.
履修上の注意
[Notes]
Students are expected to attend all classes regularly and participate actively. All students should always bring the text to every lesson-the text is a workbook and students need to use it to prepare and engage in the classroom activities.
