授業概略と目標 ［Course description and Objects］	自己の英語運用能力を確認し、自己表現に応用するための基礎力を養う。リスニングとスピーキング演習による話すコミュニケーション力と、ライティング演習による書くコミュニケーション力の両面を開発してゆく。効果的英語学習ストラテジーについても折にふれ紹介してゆく。スピーキングとライティングの比重は概ね80％と20％である。This course focuses on checking your competence in previously learned English, and on developing basic skills for expressing yourself. It also emphasizes oral and written communication skills through various exercises in listening, speaking, and writing. Effective learning strategies will be introduced when appropriate. Speaking and writing practice will be approximately 80% and 20 %.
到達目標 ［Learning Goal］	１．短い会話等のためのlistening, speakingが緊張せずにできる To be able to listen and to respond in English with some ease ２．やや短いプレゼンテーションに慣れる To get used to short presentations ３．日記・手紙やプレゼンテーション原稿等、少しまとまった文章が書けるようになる To be able to write short notes or paragraphs, such as diary entires, letters, presentation notes, etc. ４．TOEIC test のlisteing partの演習を積み上げてゆく To continue TOEIC test listening practices to further devvelop listening comrehension
履修上の注意 ［Notes］	英語は累積的学習（積み重ね）のため、講義の前に予習（自主学習ガイドを参照）、講義後に復習を必ず行うこと。教室内・外を問わず、できるだけ英語を使うよう努力すること。
